Maulana Abdurrehman completed hifz of Quran Kareem at a young age under the guidance of well qualified Qurra’. Thereafter, he pursued 9 years of in-depth study of Arabic, Quranic Sciences, Hadith, and Islamic Law and graduated from the renowned Islamic institution Jameatul Alia Darul Uloom Moinul Islam (Arabic University), in Hathazari, Bangladesh.
Maulana Abdurrehman holds Ijaazah in the six Books of Hadith, namely, Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Tirmidhi, Sunan Nasai, Sunan Ibn Majah and Sunan Abi Dawud; along with Muwatta of Imam Malik and Imam Muhammad.
After teaching for a number of years as full time Quran Nazira instructor at Darul Hikmah, he has recently joined at Islamic Center of Centerville in the Hifz Department. He teaches Quranic Recitation and Memorization to our students at Falah Seminary. May Allah enable him to impart the love of Quran and its reading to all his students and barakah in his good works.
